We Opened for Business in 2012 and are continually growing at a rapid pace. We buy and sell properties by trying to always create win-win situations for all parties involved. We are a company that does business with Integrity and have our partners and sellers best Interest in mind.
If our partners & sellers don’t win, we don’t win, those are the standards we live by. We specialize in finding deep discount properties and providing these deals to investors who are looking for Land, Houses to Hold or Fix and Flip.
Acquisitions Team
We have an Inside Sales Team as well as an Outside Sales Team (Boots on the Ground) in whatever city we are working. We are actively marketing in many cities nationwide and all you have to do is let us know what you are looking for and where and if we come across something that fits your criteria we will notify you first!
We are looking to work with Developers, big or small, and investors who have skin in the game and can make fast decisions. Also if you are looking to get a piece of land just for your personal use, thats fine, all depends on the way we structure the transaction.
Bio
Started studying Real Estate in 2011 and founded the company in 2012. Evans grew up in the Seattle area and attended Highschool at Garfield High school, college at Highline Community College and then transferred to Shoreline Community college where he played Basketball.
Basketball taught him a lot about business before he even knew it. After Shoreline Community College He Attended Central Washington University. After college, he started a Full-Service Real Estate Solutions company in Seattle which later evolved into doing deals in other States as well.
He has managed to build a good network of Investors and a rockstar team to help him in this venture. Real Estate Investing is one of his passions along with fitness, nutrition, traveling and basketball. He is looking forward to finding new and innovative ways to expand this operation.
